Keep in mind a few things:

#1 - This is something totally new and different for us, just like everything else that we've all been dealing with the last few months. We are making sure to cross all of our t's and dot all of our i's. Please be patient while we work things out to make sure that we keep everyone safe and abide by the rules set forth by our Governor. We want to make sure that we are following everything so that we can operate smoothly.

#2 - Everyone will have to sign the waiver for COVID. Kids will not be able to participate if the parent/legal guardian does not sign. It NEEDS to be the parent/legal guardian signing it due to the nature of the subject. Grandparents cannot sign it unless they are the legal guardians. So please make sure that it is signed before camp begins.

#3 - We are required to take all participants temperatures upon entering the facility. Please be patient while we do this.

#4 - If you register for camp and your child is sick, please make sure they do not attend camp. We want to be able to take all the precautions necessary to keep everyone healthy.

#5 - Bob Reed, the tennis coach, will be sanitizing all the equipment. He is well versed in the requirements to have a summer camp, so we are confident that he is taking all the proper precautions as well.

#6 - We want the kids to have a blast at tennis camp in August! This has been a very trying time, especially for the kiddos. We are hoping to get back to normal soon, but in the meantime we just have to all work together to make things run smooth and ensure the kids are the focus and have FUN. We don't want them to be worried about the what-ifs, we want them to come ready to learn how to play tennis or improve their skills if they've already played in the past.

Now, details! Camp will take place August 10th thru 14th. We will have two sessions, split by grade. We understand that there might be siblings in different age groups and we will work with parents on getting them switched so they're in the same session if you request it. K thru 3rd will be from 8:45-10:15 and 4th thru 12th will be 10:30-noon. We will have a 15 minute transition time to make sure all the early kids are done and we are ready for the next group to come in.

Cost is $50 (no discounts for kids who get free/reduced lunches at school).

Registration will open Monday, 7/6 and the last day will be 7/19. At this time, the plan is to have online registration and forms in the box outside the office. They will also be here, on our website, for you to print out. You can drop the form and payment thru the drop slot (to the right of our office door). This is first come first serve on the spots since we are limited to 20. I cannot hold spots for kids. As soon as I have the registrations in the office, that will hold the spot for that kiddo. I will try to update as quick as possible on how many are left. If one age group fills up, we will post that as well. Again, please be patient while we work on details during registration.

We will have hand sanitizer available for everyone to use upon entering the tennis courts. You are more than welcome, and encouraged, to bring your own hand sanitizer if you wish.

There might be more details as we go, so please check here and Facebook for the most current information.

If by chance the state shuts things down again and we can't have the tennis camp, we will refund or credit your child's account. We will not keep your money if we cannot have the camp.

You can text or call at 541-942-3079, email at or send a message on FB messenger, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
