WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE THROUGH FAMILYID, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY USING PAYPAL BEFORE THE REGISTRATION IS SUBMITTED (YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY THAT WAY; YOU CAN PAY AS A GUEST). SVA WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE FORM AND PAID IN FULL. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN IT GOES THROUGH.  YOU CANNOT REGISTER ONLINE AND PAY IN THE OFFICE. IT'S NOT SET UP LIKE THAT FOR SVA.

IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE OPTION FOR THE SPORT YOU WANT TO REGISTER FOR, THAT MEANS THAT REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

FOR THAT SPORT. PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE IN THAT CASE.

​There is a fee for using this service ($4.50 per person).

Payment is required before playing.

You can still register in the office by either printing a form from the website (located on each individual sports page) or coming in to our office to fill one out.

You can also mail your form and payment to PO Box 1565, Cottage Grove, OR 97424.

We accept all forms of payment in the office.
